The Signing Ceremony of the Human Resources Exchange Program with Japanese partners

On the afternoon of October 18, 2018 in Hanoi, a MOU signing ceremony between Quang Binh University and some universities, colleges and the Ryokan Tourist Union Federation , Japan.

Attending the signing ceremony there were Associate Professor Doctor Hoang Duong Hung – Rector; Mr. Tada – Chairman of the Federation of Hospitality Industry Union of Ryokan Hotel and Hospitality Association of Japan and representatives of universities as following Hanoi University of Foreign Studies, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, University of Commerce, National Economics University, and some colleges with Japanese language training or specialized training of tourism.

The cooperation program between the two sides aims to train and organize the exchange of high quality human resources of Vietnam in the context of Japan’s lack of human resources in tourism. In addition, the program contributes to creating a social system of sustainable development with a healthy human resource exchange mechanism.

The cooperation program between Quang Binh University and the Ryokan Federation of tourism Industry Associations, Japan has been in force for five years with the following activities: jointly established the Human resource development Training Committee high quality of Vietnam – Japan; developing strategies and visions in human resource training; establishing standards for assessing the capacity of labor resources; developing human resource training programs; supporting for high quality Vietnamese labor force for job placement; giving support and provide study addresses for Vietnamese who wish to study abroad; supporting to introduce students who wish to participate in the internship program in Japan.

The signed cooperation event of the University of Quang Binh and the Union of Tourism Industry Associations of Ryokan, Japan is an opportunity to improve the professional skills of teachers and facilitate learning and practice for students of the University. The two leaders hope to actively exchange information, jointly develop and implement cooperation activities within the framework of the memorandum.
