On June 1st 2018, at the University of Belarus, Minsk, the Republic of Belarus, PhD. Nguyen Thi Thanh Binh – lecturer in the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Quang Binh University successfully defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic of “Structural characteristics and properties of synthetic nano-diamond by shock wave method” the State of Belarus decided to award the Doctorate of Mathematics in the field of semiconductor physics.
